Final billing terms:
Grain finished: $5.50/lb hanging weight (approximately 750lbs) + $175 Butcher fee
Grass finished: $6.05/lb hanging weight (apporximately 750lbs) + $175 Butcher fee
If you would like ground beef made into hamburger patties, add $1/lb of patties.
