2 lbs NY Strip (Grain-finished out of stock – will be subbed with a mix of Flat Iron, Hangar or Ranch steak)
6 lbs Roasts (2 pieces, your choice, bone-in or bone-less)
1 lbs Stew Meat
2 lb Chip Steak
5 lbs Ground Beef (80/20)
2 lbs Hamburger Patties

Preferred Rate Areas: $50 per box
Extended Rate Areas: additional $30 per box
