fresh onions laying in amish field
A dry June and July has produced a particularly bountiful onion harvest. As soon as the onions are collected, our farmers quickly plant Fall cabbage. This crop rotation is intense work but essential. The coolers are full of fresh produce arriving daily from the fields. Our dedicated team is swiftly washing, packing, and distributing produce by the trailer load. Simply Sweet Onions have been shipping since the beginning of August and Sweet Dawn Watermelons are rolling out now. Cauliflower and Butternut squash are coming soon.
Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses are now available for sale. Contact us by phone or email for samples, pricing and shipping information! Shipping direct to home will be available soon. In July we made another 3000lbs of cheese with wholesome milk from our own farms. Stay tuned….as development of an aged Havarti continues.
We partnered with Serenity Trails – a local riding therapy non-profit – to fire up the grills and sell our beef and cheese as a fundraiser at an upcoming local auction.

Our USDA approval for processing beef and lamb is nearly finalized. We are now accepting deposits for halves and quarters of beef for local pickup only. Head over to our store on ChopLocal and reserve your locker beef with a 10% deposit.
